This issue most likely is caused by the ESB. Because ESB returns null upon account list request. I have met Rudhi face to face & replied the email back to him. He supposed to be looking on this issue right now.

Since this was due to ESB issue, Pak Rudhi confirmed that he had fixed it. I have had asked Pak Thomas to inform user to test again. I will get Pak Thomas update again.
