Please kindly check on below issue:
Account customer has locked, however after unlock account customer didn't have to do force change password.
customer able to login using previous password.
Below are the customer details :
1. Customer Name: NURHIDAYATI BINTI MARZUKI
2. CIF No. : 230656182
3. Account No. : 1007021000057944
4. Type of transaction: Account locked & login

Already tested with user, but cannot reproduce the issue.

Verify by Agrobank IT and User, cannot simulate issue during retest. Issue closed.
