Currently, CMS Customer is able to retrieve the list of bill payment transactions which were not initiated by them. (i.e the entire list of bill payment transactions done by ALL CMS customers).

Hi Chooi,
We have tested BIB in two environments:
1. BIB - Staging version.
We can't reproduce the issue and BillPayment report was generated accordingly.
2. BIB - Production version (deployed in Staging).
Able to reproduce the similar issue and found the records in BillPayment report was incorrect. Further investigate on the Production
version, we noticed that some of the files were not identical with the Staging version. The root cause of this issue is due to the SQL
query was changed to a simpler way (removing the filters). This caused the program to retrieve the entire records available in Database
and generate into report.
As per our source repository record, we didn't make any changes to this module. Please liaise with IT to further check/investigate and engage with the respective vendor to fix this issue.
