Description
If user forgot both the password and security answer, user is required to call bank back office. Bank back office will authenticate the user and send the OTP to customer in MSS. After customer received the OTP via SMS, customer go to M2U click on the Forgot Password & Security Answer link.
User is required to key in one of the username, account#, OTP to proceed to the next page. On the second page, user is asked to key in the new password and confirm password. Upon user click on the next button, system will validate with the password policy. If passed, system will show the setup new security question and answer page. Upon successful, user is redirect to the login page to perform login using the new password.
