From Boby's update, he claimed that the fix will be done in RCMS, not our side.
Can you forward me the previous emails regarding issue to me?

Hi LeeLee,

Based on the previous email, this issue is not caused by our side, it should be fixed by RCMS.
However, it seem like RCMS and MAybank team have some agreement issue on this case.

l know. l just wanted to confirm that RCMS did not send the update user profile to RCAS, so it cause the user name did not update in RCAS. If yes, then Maybank and RCMS need to handle it.

I can't confirm, the logs is not related with the issue. But, from the email, is RCMS not include the details.
