I have fixed this issue and deploy it to bii-rib-int-uat. Waiting for Bu Anna's feedback.

Issue still happens when using Current Account as a source of transaction.

I've done cutting only at set method of ESB, not entire toAccountHolderName.
Example:
if(biiAccount.isSavingAccount())
{
....
data.setSourceDescription(FormatterUtils.subString(toAccountHolderName, 0, 13));//potong nama penerima jika lebih dari 13

We have installed the fix to production. Waiting for Bu Anna to test. This applies to FCR as well. Whilst for RTGS, Bu Anna will do the test.
