Dari MSS - Customer Transaction Inquiry tidak ditemukan aktivitas user, last activity-nya yang terdeteksi pada bulan November 2013.

Activity of user actually exists, however the reference number / trnx id in MSS were truncated (without date), due to artajasa certification that requires to omit the date and time. So, I added back the datetime in trnx id in MSS.
Summary:
- Ref No for customer front end : without date
- Ref No for receipt : without date
- Ref No for Back Office/MSS: must contain date.
This change will affect RIB and MSS.

This case is similar to Case 1930 (MSS Cust Trnx Enquiry Error). Already done necessary fix.
