Please attend to customer query below:
We noticed that on 19.2.14 there were total 14 successful Maxis prepaid transactions were not reflected in the Maxis Mobile Reload Report dated 19.2.14.
However, all these transactions were captured in the Mobile Reload Report and Internet Transaction Report dated 19.2.14.
