Current Result:
Set as default SMS TAC - AGRONet: Dont respond to any email/sms/phone call requesting you to reveal your TAC/Username/Password. TAC- 459050 on 28 Apr 2014 16:07:15. TQ.

Expected Result:

2) Favourite Bill Payment - missing to/for name.

Current Result:

Current Result:
  1. Missing Reload Limit servicename
  2. Go to Session Expired page once click on Next page
Expected Result:
  1. Able to view the Servince name and can change the Reload Limit.
  2. SMS TAC - RM0.00 AGRONet:11Mar2014 16:31:12,TAC requested to change Reload Limit to RM600.00,TAC:XXXXXX, Call 1 300 88 2476 for inquiries.TQ.

6) Block ATM Card

Current Result:

Fixed and deployed. Kindly test it.

Root Cause:
Issue#1 : Missing services.
Issue#2 : Payee had empty short name.
Issue#3 : Application was not updated. No issue.
Issue#4 : Application was not updated. No issue.
Issue#5 : Sms type was wrong.
Issue#6 : Application was not updated. No issue.

Solution:
Issue#1 : Add services.
Issue#2 : Set short name in IBAM>Content>Payee.
Issue#3 : Deploy latest WAR file.
Issue#4 : Deploy latest WAR file.
Issue#5 : Amend to correct Sms type.
Issue#6 : Deploy latest WAR file.

Fixed and deployed.

Root cause: Short name was not set for Favourite Bill Payment.
Solution: Set short name.
