Description

Request:
Enhance the TAC SMS notification which stated the Amount, Type of Transaction and The Beneficiary Name when send the TAC/PIN to Customer.

Resolutions:
  • To add more Security Validation in SMS TAC message which is to notify the RIB user as per below:
    1. Date & Time request TAC
    2. Purpose of request TAC
    3. Recipient Name (for Fund Transfer) / Payee name (for Bill Payment & ePrepaid Reload) / Zakat Centre name (for Zakat Payment)
    4. Amount
    5. TAC number
    6. Advise customer to call Agrobank Contact Centre Number if did not requested the SMS TAC

For others modules that not included in the list of impacted modules, the SMS TAC and SMS Notification will remain as default message as sample below:

Note:
- In order to set "Purpose of request TAC", User need to set "SMS Message" in IBAM>Content>Service Info for every impacted module.
(e.g. New 3rd Party Transfer : 3rd Party Acc. Trf. / Bill Payment Maintenance Add Favourite : add Fav. 3rd Party Acc. Trf.)

- For Bill Payment/Mobile Reload. In order to set "Payee name", User need to set "Short Name" in IBAM>Content>Payee.
(e.g. Celcom Bill Payment : Celcom / TM Streamyx : TM Streamyx)

This CR has been approved as mentioned by Nik Suzana. The LOA is pending the Simon's signature. Will follow up them on the LOA before we plan to migrate it to production.
