Kindly attend to customer enquiry below:
We found incorrect description in our eStatements for IBG OTC transactions. The description for the transaction showing 'Internet Banking' instead of 'Over The Counter'.
Our suggestion to overcome this problem is by splitting IBG originating transaction by changing channel Id to best describe transaction origination from OTC instead of 'Internet Banking'.

Please liaise with surianie or rosli to get further info on this issue. Please also clarify is this issue occurred since IB launch or due to any delivery of CR or bugs fix.

SOW and CR Quotation under IBSCR067_IBG Limit for ATM & Change Service ID has been send to KFH on Aug 22, 2014 and quotation resend on 17/9/14 but yet to receive and approval or sign-off. This is for change request details 2014/08 & 2014/09.
Closed this ID and will create new one under Change Request once get approval from User.
