1. Token Cover Letter:
1a. Global Instance (MY/SG/GC/PH)
i) Follow the current format- provided to Penril.
ii) English language only - replaced with/referred to new module call:Maintenance -> "Token Cover Letter - Provider": based on 11 March discussion)
iii) Helpdesk contact number is follow input in RCAS application
iv) Follow current Pin Mailer approval process flow, eg: upon the Checker approved the assigned token task, it will queuing to Token Cover Letter enquiry, it allow to remove, print 1 by 1 or print selected list or all. It will require to click on the Search button to get the list of pending token cover letter.
v) Search criteria: User ID, Name, Company, Token Serial No, Provider, Application, Token Assigned Date From, Token Assigned Date To
vi) Result search criteria: User ID, Name, Company, Token Serial No, Provider, Application, Token Assigned Date, Address(selection for primary and correspondent)
vii) Select the item require to print, once click print, it will go to the confirmation page, before click on the Confirm or Cancel button, it will pop up a screen to save the item to an excel file in local pc or share drive (excel file name default as yyyymmdd-hhmm).(information in the excel file included: User_ID,Attn,Company,Contact No.,Address1,Address2,Postal Code,City,State,Token No.) If only 1 task is printing, then this excel file will has 1 record, if 10 tasks then this excel file will has 10 records in 1 excel file.
viii) if token cover letter printed ok, then click confirm. and this item will disappear from the Token Cover Letter enquiry queue.
viiii) if token cover letter printed not ok, then can click cancel and this item will go back to the Token Cover Letter enquiry page, it will go back to the Token Cover Letter enquiry for print again. This item will not be queue to Token Cover Letter Reprint module.
xi) in the event the pc/system having issue while the excel file not able to be pop up for saving, pc hang and etc. and did not click on the Confirm button, then it will not queue to the Token Cover Letter Reprint module. It will need to go to the Token Cover Letter queue to do it again.

1b. ID Instance (Bii- ID) - since Bii instance and Global instance share 1 source code, above changes will apply for Bii instance also and they can ignore the function in the system if they used different process. No turn off navigation function in this RCAS Pin Mailer. Joanne, please assist inform the Bii team accordingly.
