TIME: 3:15pm – 3:50pm, 21st July 2014
Issue: Reset User Password via Email delivery, end user receives 3 email notification with 3 different password.
This happened for our customer (Security Commission) as well.

Cause :
Still finding the cause of this issue, suspect is browser compatibility issue(button disable function after clicking was not functioning in IE8 and 10, this may leads user able to click multi times when perform reset password)
Solution :
For browser compatibility issue, fix is provided in project R1.
However, still finding the real cause of this issue.
Addition :
-Pending Maybank to give the useful log.
-Pending Maybank to give the browser version.
-In this issue, Maybank included 3 different cases, suspected cause was found in third case.
