Description

Kindly attend below request:

Client is unable to login for the first time using the pin mailer password. Error prompted is "Your login details contain invlid character". We already check with RCMS Ebworx. They find out the error code returned is 53. From the RCAS specs, response code 53 means Invalid PIN character.

Cause :
HSM return error code 53.

Addition :
User input details :
encrypted pin = A5B411B9C01397692BDD659E90139F82
pin length = 8(from RCMS)
nonce = BD159A86BCDA181E4176824E0895
lmk identifier = 4
password = hide in RCAS
zpk = in upass.cfg(imported.zpk)

Action taken :
Pending HSM to check why return 53 to RCAS.
