Kindly attend below request:
Customer reported received 2 emails on 28/8/14 after reset password. According to Ebworx, RCMS only send 1 request to RCAS. Please help to check why there are two emails sent to customer. Please find RCAS log dated 28/8/14 in shared folder below. \\10.45.51.77\Deployment\RCAS\Logs_RCAS\RCAS_28AUG2014

From rcas log, there are two request for reset password, thus sent out two emails. However, from rcms log, there is only one request sent to RCAS for reset password.
