Kindly attend below request:
The issue is User is getting this error message when logging into the system. Upon checking in RCAS, it shows that last used date is 10/9/2014 15:21 (this moment user hits the error). Please investigate the rootcause since customer unable to login until now. From our checking with cas log (RCMS). We find out cas return error 30. Means 30 Invalid OTP 2014-09-15 13:22:31,176 INFO com.ebworx.dtb.host.cas.CASServiceCore (?:?) - CAS_RESULT [verifyOTP] : [MYSATOKF1D,MYSATOKF] = 30
Customer reported that Token serial number is correct, as per installed in RCAS.

From the provided log, I found this user was successfully login to RCMS, I can't see any login issue on this user.

Suggest to customer to reset token on September 17
Findings:
Return code from Vasco library (AAL2Wrap) = 1
Mapped in RCAS = 30 (INVALID_OTP_CREDENTIAL)
We suggest to reset token from RCAS / RCMS and ask user to retest.
