Current Issue: System calculates charges when checking the transfer limit in Open & Favorite SKN/RTGS Expected Result: System shall exclude charges when checking the transfer limit in Open & Favorite SKN/RTGS

Work completed. I have no idea why this issue coming back again. Checked in source code, and found out that the changes have been reverted on 11th April 2014 (I guess it is due to code merging). But since then, there was actually no issue and I have personally tested the charges for another client's request purpose.
Need to trace out the history. This kind of matter cannot be happening again in the future.
