Our BBO having problem when uploading token serial no to RCAS. They facing Internal Server Error.

Token was successfully uploaded, just facing server IO timeout during the uploading process.
Had provided Bank with 2 solutions:
1. Break down the dpx file to 5K token per file, so that will not hit the server IO timeout with default value 60 seconds.
2. Disable the server IO timeout, just like current SIT and UAT.
Still waiting Bank to consider which approach to use. However, this time out issue will not fail the token upload process.
