In Bill Payment Report dated 22.11.14, there was 1 Bill Zakat Payment (RM0.10) is having error message "Error while executing reserve mobile", but the transaction status was "successful".

From Norashikin:- The transaction was performed on 22/11/2014 ~9.30am. I've confirmed with the team that the IB Production is up around 10am (22/11/2014).
Please help to further investigate on this issue.

root course
1) transaction at M1 failed and get error code. then system revert back that transaction and success. so the system return the success of revert transaction to validate the status. the system did not know this trnx is unsuccessful because return code has been replace by revert transaction. that why tranx unsuccessful but have status success
solution
restructure the program that set the status. so it will capture unsuccessful trnx from m1
