Root cause
From our investigation, Delete Holiday failed because of error when update scheduler. So the scheduler is not perfectly update than cause the missing
trigger for RFI Crediting window 5. Need further investigation for this issue.

Solution
Hold the Delete Holiday until we found the solution. From Roslan information, he already update this year calender until October.
In mean time we will provide fixes Delete Holiday

My investigation from given log. I found the Holiday function stop in middle of execution program.. we found no error in log. i suspect is memory issue base of these scenario

i request Roslan to test Holiday function at each application server(bv0,bv1,bv2,bv3). Found, if he get error page in middle of delete holiday. The delete Holiday function at selected application server cannot been used again(get same error page). This holiday function can be use again if server restarted. This error appear again after one or more, when he used delete holiday function

Ateh need your advice on application server to solve this problem

Refer email from Chee Ping, 10 July 2015 at 17:51:-

Hi Shikin

You may run the query below to delete the holidays. This is to delete the holidays that less than 01-JAN-15 and more than 31-DEC-20.
The reason to delete the holidays, because quantz need to delete and recreate the job when there is a changed on holidays. This may cause quantz
not enough memory to create all the job.

delete from ib_holiday where holiday < '01-JAN-15' AND holiday > '31-DEC-20';

Last update, 17 September 2015 at 14:00:-

Dear Roslan,
We noticed that the system has preset holidays since 2009 to 2030. This created many unused records that caused the holiday refresh performance.
The script given is to delete all the pass year holidays and also holidays after 2020. This will not impact the system behaviour.

Issue closed in SCP.
