Description

To add new integration (Host Mapping Message) on GST Implementation for RIB and BIB (refer attachment on GST Mapping bucket v1.3)

Notes:-
For bucket 34 (TLBF34) please send in trx amt + serv charges(cust) + GST amount for Host to checking, the service charges is only for service charges which charges on customer. Another Services charges Host will check in batch new transaction code.

Updates:
- Need to re-integrate with Host(Silverlake). Current GST Host Mapping conflict with NBPS/JomPAY Host Mapping.
- Finish integration with suggested GST Host Mapping for both RIB and BIB, however need to test it on Monday.
