Kindly attend below request:
Kindly assist to investigate why user id :SGINTRAPAC3A shows user inactive when customer's last login was 30th October 2014, which is less than 60 days. Date perform/date encounter error: 24.12.2014

- Status changed from New - Begin Life Cycle to Pending Customer Feedback
After checking the spool result, we found that CFO grace period(EXT_GRACE) had been changed to 30 days on 21/12/2014.
Thus, system updated user status to inactive for user SGINTRAPAC3A, as this user last login date was 30/10/2014, and this user never login for more than 30 days.
Pending Bank feedback.
