Please check why Customer keep on facing error 'Due to inactivity, your ID has been deactivated...' when everytime login.

As discussed with customer, we suspected this issue is same as the issue "Support #5095 [SCP ID :##2522##] : User Status Inactive less than 60 days last Login", where the root cause is grace period had been changed from 60 days to 30 days, which causes user to become inactive after 30 days if never login.
In this case, from spool result, MYFIBERAIL1M's last login date was 13/11/2014 13:50:23, thus when user tried to login on 29/12/2014, user will not be able to login, as user had become inactive at 13/12/2014.
