Issue :
During reset password for active admin user(login before), system will check if last login date is null, set user state to new, otherwise set user state to active. In this case, since system do not update last login date for admin user profile when user login, system will set user state to new during reset password. When trying to login after reset password, user will go through new user login process, and system will throw error as its registered date is not null.
Solution :
Update last login date during user login process.
Action :
Fix for this issue is ready, however, we are unable to transfer the items to bank due to connectivity issue on bank local PC. Pending bank to solve the issue, will be informed once Maybank PC is ready.

Fix had provided to bank on today(15-01-2015).
SQL script was provided as well to update the user state as interim solution.

On today (19-01-2015),
Bank, BBO had retested and encountered same issue, user get the "Error while performing your request" error when they try to search using company name.

User still not able to proceed with login, after applying data patching.
Had asked bank to perform reset password again for the user, and retry for the login, waiting feedback from bank.

There are two users encountered this error, after applied data patching on both user, users are able to login to RCAS admin module.
According to bank, the patch of fix will be migrated into production within this week.
