Test Financing Account - Encountered “Credit Error” status without reject reason i/o “Successful” when retest using the same financing account no.

Remarks – tested on 7/1/2015 (sys date = 1/8/2014), crediting was successful

Based on investigation, transaction that get error or get error code or failed during crediting via esb/phoenix will set as crediting error without reject reason. this logic has been used since early time of ibg.
both transaction rejected because of phoenix return code - 34502

14/01 - (UAT Coordinator):
1) Why the transaction performed on 7 Jan 2015 (System date 2 Aug 2014) successful ?
Because the payment amount for account 001401000026 is RM 11,000.00 and it less than the financing Current Payoff amount. Same goes for account 121402055718.
2) Why the transaction performed on 13 Jan 2015 encountered Credit Error status ?
The payment amount for account 001401000026 is RM 1,000,000.00 and it is more than the financing Current Payoff amount. Same goes with account 121402055718, where the payment amount is RM 500,000.00.
This caused the system rejection.
You can check the Current Payoff amount for both account at Phoenix ktOnline > Search Account # > The financing Account Display screen will appear - Refer Current Payoff amount there.
