Hi,
Kindly attend below request:

There were 2 unsuccessful IBG transactions dated on 18th & 23 Mac 2015 were rejected due 
to "unable to locate profile " and having "Credit Error" status.  Upon checking these 2 transactions 
were not return to MyClear on the next OFI window.  
Seek your assistance to look into this matter urgently as why both transactions were failed to credit.

Base of our investigation we found sp for account '001102020947' is return 0. This sp should be return 1 or more record. IT need to fix this account and others account so this problem will never happen again.
We need enhance IBG code to fix Credit Error but we need return code (R03,R04,etc) for 'unable to locate profile'. This fixes will delivery after GST
