There was additional 1 successful Astro BillPayment from CIB on 06/05/2015 was not reflected in BVMC Report. When checked in database for table IB_TRANSACTION_HISTORY and IB_BILL_PAYMENT, there is no record inserted. Advised to implement logger enhancement. Not able to find the root cause for this issue.
Only know that failed to log into IB_RECEIPT_DETAILS table.
