Hi Lizah,
Thanks. This is good for us to add on these few items to prevent miss out during deveopment and testing.

IBAM>IBAM Navigation - show the flow and process
IBAM>Audit Trail - show what are the new activity name and what will be capture
IBAM>Maker Checker Maintenance -- show the maker and checker on the new nagivation
IBAM>User Group Maintenance -- show what is the new group
IBAM>User Profile Maintenance -- show what is the new profile
IBAM>Authorization -- show the checker, what is the list he/she can see when waiting for him/her to approve

for page 9,12,14 --> l try to understand the concept use in Agrobank, maker and checker are sharing same view of the message? only the Administor using different message?
what l try to said is,
if l m the maker, l will add or edit or delete the information and submit, at the result page, it should show as xxxxxx pending for approval (something msg like that)
if l m the checker, l will go to the see my pending item, when l click on the item to be approved, after approved, it should show as xxxx has been approved (something msg like that)
If l m the administor, l assume this administor is the highest level ID and no maker and checker approval process require. If this administor approved the item, it also xxxxx has been created and approved (something msg like that)

Hi Liza, l have updated my comment in the doc, good to know the maker, checker, administor process first, otherwise the result page will show the message wrongly to user.
pls complete it by 3 June bec other BRS yet to complete eg:5302. TQ

Dear Lee Lee,

I have ammend the BRS based on your comments. Just to inform for Checker, they have no access to do any Add, Update or Delete activity. Their access only to Approve or Reject the activities that have made by the Maker, so the screen for Checker is only at module Authorization>Approval.
