Kindly attend below request:
After obtain confirmation from ePay, below were the extra 7 transactions were successfully captured at ePay side but not reflected in our BVMC Reports and the Recon file to ePay as well. Further checked, customers' account have been debited the said amount and credited to ePay's account accordingly. Please find attached the issue log for your further checking. Fyi, similar issue raised before this year under Log# HD00015734.

Hi Penril Support; You may close this case since the problem is related with the Epay URLs in which some of the URLs have been using the TLS protocol whereas KFH still using SSL protocol. It was discovered during re-deployment of Epay new Webservice and we have removed the URLs that are using TLS. User has confirmed that there was no discrepancy on the total of transactions yesterday. Should the problem persist we will inform Penril team for further investigation.
