1. Pending task under My Work, can I know which category does the pending task fall under? If it falls under the category "Work group process task", the task should not be available once a person have make a claim to the task as the task will be transfer to "My work-in-progress tasks", which is per individual

2. Title too long, the title will be auto appended with the staff ID. I need to check why it is only storing the staff id. As for the request to have batch update of process instance, that would need to be reverted back to BV. Out of the box, BVMC does not support this feature.

3. By design, the publishing workflow will create a new process instance whenever a new content is being added or the existing content is being edited. Every instance works independently from the others. Need to check on the VCS title on why it's not referring to the latest update

4. Formatting of the text differs on the portal is due to the controlling CSS of the portal and/or the underlaying HTML tags added to the text. With the new design, we hope it would be able to minimize the problem.

5. By design, the publishing workflow will create a new content if the title is not found in the DB, or update the existing content if the title is found. Based on the VCS title, the publishing workflow is not able to differentiate clearly whether the content is a new content or existing content

Carina: The task is still under “Work group process task”.
