Need your help to fix below issue :

MSS : Update user profile giving total 11 minutes with below scenario : 
1. click Edit User Opr (Hety Jam 09:38:26AM ) – 
2. Confirm Page – 
3. IE Error - 
4. and then user with checker level check Approval List (Ending Jam 09:49:38 AM)

Dear Pak Wahyu,

We tried to simulate this in development but unable to replicate the issue (screen capture below). Can the user try in at least IE7 (XP SP2/3) or other browser?

Also could you check java version, websphere version, heapsize production vs. UAT (screen capture below)?

Wahyu's feedback and mine:

Dear Pak Wahyu,

Suspected that it is due older java version installed in production environment (v.1.5.0 ppc32) Vs development environment (v.1.6.0 ppc64).

The websphere is also using different version.

It is important to use same environment version between development and production, so each migration can be done smoothly and easier troubleshoot esp when it relates to compatibility and performance.

My first suggestion is to downgrade java first to troubleshoot this loading (performance issue). If the cause is due to backward incompatibility of java, then production env shall be upgraded to follow as the same as dev env version.

I have stripped out the Bean to Bean transfer utils and get bean diff from MSS and use clone() and property list instead.

Toomy also reported:
admin user -> Role : Tidak berubah, User Force Reset : tidak muncul di detail dan setelah di update
admin navigation -> admin menu services maintenance - edit - name input lebih dari 31 karakter muncul validasi javascript tidak boleh lbh dari 31 karakter terus langsung hang (happens only in Chrome)
customer profile -> customer type di page detail ga berubah
Disable RIB User (DISRIBUSER) ga ke tik di detail wkt di update padahal sudah di tik, Pending dan Approval ga di tik tapi di detail malah ke tik. Sewkt disave sudah benar.

Above items have been fixed and attached is the test script.
