Description

Test Case#
1.1.1 & 1.1.2: reviewed on 6/8/15. Informed by Ayu.
- To follow new design of Planning activities list field search screen.
- To change "+" sign to magnifier glasses in order to view the search screen.

1.1.3: reviewed on 6/8/15.
- Pagination: Search based on "Program type"
- View list of event based on searching criteria
Failed. Number of pagination shows more than available list of event.

1.1.4: adding test cases - Failed results
Search based on one or combination of field criteria
  • Start Date/End Date – Failed. Unable to select date from calendar. No sample date format if user able to input the selection dates to the field. System shows all events not based on the selection start/end date.
  • Officer In Charge – Failed. System shows all events not based on the selection data.
  • Sector – Failed. System shows all events not based on the selection data.
  • Region – Failed. System shows all events not based on the selection data.
  • Country – Failed. System shows all events not based on the selection data.
  • Product/Service – Failed. System shows pop-up message (as per 1.1.5)
  • Program Type/Start Date – Failed. Unable to select date from calendar. No sample date format if user able to input the selection dates to the field. System shows all events under program type selection but not based on the selection start/end date

1.1.5: reviewed on 6/8/15.
Start Date/End Date – Failed. Unable to select date from calendar. No sample date format if user able to input the selection dates to the field. If input invalid start date/end date, system pop-up error message which not as expected result <Event Start Date is invalid> and/or <Event End Date is invalid>

1.1.6: reviewed on 6/8/15.
Enter Event Start Date more than Event End Date - FAILED – system able to continue searching.
No error message pop-up as per expected results <Event Start Date is should be less than Event End Date>

*1.1.8: adding test cases.
Test on Export as button. Failed. No pop up screen as expected results.

Notes: Issue found after system updated based on test case 1.1.4 - search field criteria failed. Pop-up message "DataTables warning..."

1.1.4 - cannot perform search criteria
1.1.8 - export button, when clicked there is no pop up window or any notification, and the file is not exported(downloaded)

Updated by User in System Walk-thru session.
Business Rules of Viewing Promotion Activity list shall include all status type of event as below:-
1. AWP Event Status must be at lease "Approved by BOD" and above (Status ID > 5)
2. Ad Hoc event's be at least "Approved by CEO" and above (Status ID > 4)

List of event shall include all status as below:-
Status ID/Value
5 Approved by CEO
6 Approved by BOD
7 Confirmed
8 Tentative
9 Cancelled
10 Completed

Issue:
1.1.5 - Input invalid date format 12115 and click "Search"
System shows "Data Warning Table:..." Shall show error message "Start Date From/To is invalid"

1.1.6 - Retest and Passed. System has develop to not allowed User to select Start To Date greater than Start From Date.

Issue 1.1.5 - Passed.

  1. Pending on Issue 1.1.8
  2. To readjust the column AutoFix to fixed column width with text wrap.(Country column).

Retest issue to readjust the column AutoFix to fixed column width with text wrap.(Country column).
Result: Unable to fixed column. It will follow the input data and column will "AutoFix to Content".

Issue 1.1.8: This function to be hidden temporary as it's not been mentioned in SDS. KIV and pending for customer feedback. Refer redmine #5458
