Issue found after System updated on 6/8/15 @ 3:30pm:
- Click on "View" button
- View event details on the same tab (no new tab pop-up).
Expected result: Shall follow Planning Activity Details pop up screen with "X" to close tab and "Print" logo.

- Updated with new design
- Removed pop-up window, to remain in the same window for better user experience. Only pages that does not have sub-modules will be in pop-up window i.e. add/edit budget, registration form, feedback etc
