in Notification Sub-Module

Steps:
1. click on Update
2. enter necessary field(s)
3. click on submit

Expected Result:
1. all the data are saved correctly

Current Result:
1. templates are not correctly saved
(eg. pre-departure briefing template was saved on acknowledgement template, registration rejection template was saved on registration approval template, etc)
2. there is no View button to view the template
3. user can enter the respective template when the respective check box was not ticked.
(eg. user should be able to enter cancellation template when user already ticked the cancellation notification)

Update template id and style;

1. Template is saved to respective type.
2. View button not included as all templates can be seen from main page. Fixed the missing javascript.
3. Template can be customized regardless checkbox is ticked or not.

Retest 25/08/15

problem still exist
1. template are not saved properly,
(eg. registration rejection template go to registration approval template, meeting cancellation template go to meeting confirmation template, and no meeting template go to meeting confirmation template)
2. there is still no view button
3. only two out of all the check box tick can be saved. (pre-departure briefing, and reminder for follow up feedback)

Pending:
Adding default template if never set

Default notification template has been added.
Pending sample notification from matrade.

Module: Promotion > Notification

Default template has been added for each notification. Template can be edited from Admin > Template Management.
Customized notification will be saved as new template.

- able to receive email when test send

1. Notification is to send email only and is not stored.
2. Upon selecting notification type, recipient will be generated.

- cannot submit update, if no notification registration ticked.
- the subject did not show up in the email
