1.3.2 Edit Event Information

TPMS>Promotion>Event Listing>View selected Event Name>Main
1. Click on “Edit” button
2. Fill in all required Fields
3. Click on "Submit"
4. Click on "Cancel"

1/9/15 [Ayu] – Unable to Submit the changes Error message “An error occured while saving event detail. Please try again”
1) To change wording occured to occurred.
2) To add status in Edit page. Display drop down Status from Status ID 5 to 11.
3) Publish Event will display when the status is CONFIRMED.

No 1 and 3 fixed. For no.2, please confirm that event status is able to be configure at update event information or not, due to SDS didn't mention can change the event status.

1. Unable to view 2k data. DB allowed data inserted 1k only. Field affected are Description, Contact Information & Payment Description
2. To add validation text field is alphanumeric only

1. To change label Event External Link to Website Link.
2. To add validation text field is alphanumeric only and max length:150

If Chargeable = Yes & Payment code is empty, user required to click on button Generate to generate a Payment Code & filled in the field. One Time Only. Refer SDS page 18.
1.3.9 - Chargeable - To add validation if Chargeable = Yes & Payment code is empty
1.3.11 - Payment Code - To add Generate Button with format <AA><YY><XXXX>. AA - Program Type, YY - year of Event, XXXX - Running Number

1. Participant Fees is monetary format
2. To add validation if Chargeable = Yes Participant Fee is required.
