if the Payment Status = Unpaid, then The company cannot be Approved or Rejected.
can only be approved or rejected if the Payment status = Paid or Free of Charge

REGISTRATION VALIDATION (Public/Internal)
- for submitting new registration for foreign/Malaysian company, the registration number need to limit to 12 char
- for all amount type of input/output put monetary validation. eg. $ 1,000,000.00 | Rm 1,000.00
- when update/register new, 'Current Export Market' and 'Company's Previous Sales' are not saved.
- for Equity/Share the total of "Bumiputra%", "Non-Bumiputra%", and "Foreign%" have to be 100% with data type decimal(3.2)
- need to specify the display field of "Bumiputra%", "Non-Bumiputra%", and "Foreign%" to avoid confusion
- validation for Email (eg. XXXX@XXX.com) and Phone Number (or any numeric only fields to allows only numeric value, eg. 123465789)
- in Contact Information details, Remove Contact Person Phone Number
- contact information Mobile No. value did not display '0', instead 'null'

- for all amount type of input/output put monetary validation. eg. $ 1,000,000.00 | Rm 1,000.00
- validation for Email (eg. XXXX@XXX.com) Company Email, Contact Person Email, Representative Email.
