To fix as below:

i. The year dropdown list in search function on JPPPA activities list will only have years that in database.
ii. The year dropdown list JPPPA report will only have years that in database.

the issue is still exist,
you can try by comparing the result in date range by year,
there are the year that's not shown in the date range by year,
but for the date range by date range the year selection is shown.

please kindly fix this

it seems that you only fixed few of the date range, from all of the search filter,

Based on further discussion with En. Rizal and SD (Najmie), TPMS will display detail search based on fixed starting year 2002 for Planning – Activities List and 2013 for Planning JPPPA. As for ending year it will be current year plus 5 years onward.
