Please refer items below which already fixed and which is not clear:

6.1.1 Feedback
1. Follow Up Feedback Form:
a) to add 'Yes' and 'No', in section 2 (What you mean by add Yes and No, in TF follow already have the yes and no wording)
b) in section 2, to modify note: 'If YES, Please Specify' (modify the note to what wording? Please confirm first)
c) in section 5, to modify:
'Problems in Concluding Sales' to 'Problems Faced in Concluding Sales'
- to put caps lock on the sub section (5a, 5b, 5c, and 5d)-
d) in section 6, to modify: 'Do you have any general comments you would like to make which are not covered in any of the questions above?' TO 'do you have any general comments you would like to make which are not covered in any questions above?'
2. to resize the footer copyrights notes to smaller size, and change 2013 to 2015 (2015 matrade.gov.my All Rights Reserved)
3. for all feedback form cannot send reminder manually, the feedback form must be able to sent manually, even if it did not set auto sent reminder or auto sent notification (All able to send manually not matter auto send reminder had been set or not. What is the problem here?)
4. the system should allow PO to select Representative's Name and email when sent feedback form (Is this under URS or SDS? Based on what Rizal say, PO will send to all representative, never mention about selection of representative.)
5. the MATRADE logo did not appear when company receive follow up feedback link email (Need Najmi to check on the email template)
6. to fix the naming from 'MATRDE' to 'MATRADE' in the feedback email(Need Najmi to change the data on the email template)
7. after copy the link or directly click on the link, feedback form did not display nicely, (its okay after refreshing the page) (This is based on browser, try using other browser)
8. for Add Officer Remarks, The currency did not captured well. (No problem on this, did you able to reproduce the same problem? You may try update the currency and then add officer remarks, see got the same problem or not)
9. to put proper wording for the Matrade Officer Response
10. the currency from the Immediate form and follow up form should be displayed the same currency
11. all Questionaire should be empty for all new Follow Up Feedback Form (This is different with what Aliza told us before, Aliza told us is all questionaire other than product services, value of sales will be the same for all follow up form, they only can update it if already exist. Please confirm again with Aliza about this)
