This isn't a bug according to the BRS. SMS Notification when SI is used will only send SMS to sender/customer and no SMS to Beneficiary. Thus the Beneficiary Mobile number fields are disabled. You can find it on page 7 of the document:

"1. Customer performs a fund transfer via KFH Online. This is only applicable for Immediate Payment (Pay now) and Standing Instruction (SI) on CIB. In the case for SI, the SMS notification is sent only to the sender repeatly for every SI transaction."

Dear Chooi,

I believe there is some misunderstanding on the requirement for this item. According to the BRS, when SI is used, SMS Notification will only send SMS to sender/customer; no SMS to Beneficiary. This is the reason why the Beneficiary Mobile number fields are disabled for future and SI transfer. You can find it on page 7 of the BRS document:

"1. Customer performs a fund transfer via KFH Online. This is only applicable for Immediate Payment (Pay now) and Standing Instruction (SI) on CIB. In the case for SI, the SMS notification is sent only to the sender repeatly for every SI transaction."
Can you please verify and clarify the requirement again before we make any changes?
