Description
System not open proper URL that user had keyin.
If user keyin URL without http, system will open correct URL path but if user keyin URL with http, system will open wrong URL.

Finding:
Application append the link with http:// to access Internet web page. If link already has http in it, link will become http://http://www.web.com which is incorrect.
Solution:
Add javascript checking url link to update link properly before open web page.
Test scenario:
Update 3 activities with web link:
1. www.matrade.gov.my
2. http://www.matrade.gov.my
3. https://www.maybank2u.com.my/mbb/m2u/common/M2ULogin.do?action=Login
Note: Number 3 just to test https web page.

4/2/2016 - [Arshad] tested but if user keyin two (2) URL in the system example "www.test.com or www.tested.com", user will open incorrect URL page.
