Description
Event setup in other module for registration public setup change without edit by user.
Based on the last update 6/1/2016, Puan Rina had tick registration for public and click submit. Registration box button appear at event publication list.

Finding: this registration only set on one link at /promotionEventOtherModulesUpdateSubmit. there is no other module update this registration for public.

Finding:
Registration public set as false when saving promotion event info. This is due to similar column name in event_main and event_publish.
Solution:
Remove code set registration public as false when saving promotion event info.
Test scenario:
1. Go to Event Setup > Other Module, save public registration as true/checked.
2. Go to Event Info > Event Details Edit, save with/without any changes.
3. Go to Event Setup > Other Module and check public registration checkbox.
