Kindly attend below request:
Please investigate on the prepaid top up on 1/1/2016 with unsuccessful message but was successful at Epay side.Upon receiving the unsuccesful message,
the customer re-tried and the second attemp, the sucessful message displayed.
The deduction was only rm60 ( for second try ), however Epay has came out with the report that there is one extra succesful transaction at their side thus,
KFH need to manual debit customer account and credit Epay for another rm60.
Please further investigate this issue and revert accordingly.
