1) Generate PDF Format - FAILED. Remarks column added but the value not fully displayed.
2) Generate Excel Format - FAILED. Remarks column Not added.Additional fix:
- To remove hidden column or row in between the line. Make sure 1 column to represent 1 data.
- To add border to the report table.
- Ensure no repeatable table/column header.
- Some of information in the field /column not fully displayed.

2)Fixed the Remarks column for excel
3)Fixed the Remarks column for word
4)To remove hidden column or row in between the line. Make sure 1 column to represent 1 data.
