Below hyperlink has been provided by IT for user to include in banner and email template for INSP MIHAS 2016 "Click here REGISTER NOW" and link it to the registration page to facilitate the registration.

Finding:
Css has problem when loading for the first time only.
Solution:
Update public page css resource path as fixed value instead of generating from application.
Test scenario:
1. Clear browser cache.
2. Access http://172.25.96.137/matrade-tpms/promotionRegistrationPublicSubmitSearch/2862
3. Page should load properly with css design and matrade logo.
