Finding: Data company for cm_id = 8581 have more than 1 record (Duplicate data) suspect found duplicate data on companyLocal table with cm_id 8581
Solution: Confirm with DBA production database to clean up duplicate table

Dear Rizal,
We still investigate this issue and database unique key will be added to prevent on the duplicate data again.

Ayu, Please test on UAT environment for Registration from MATRADE portal on below scenario.
1. Existing Company (company details already in DB)
2. New Company (company details NOT in DB)

Finding/Root Cause: Wrong id name grab and display on page.
Resolution: Change to html id name to correct id.
Special Instructions: Please test after deployment for those mark as fixed in bold as below.
