Dear Adit,
Kindly assist to fix on the "blue screen" error. (THE SYSTEM HAS ENCOUNTERED AN ERROR. PLEASE CONTACT SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR.)
Step to replicate:- Click on TPMS>Planning>Activities List
- Click on Add Activity
Current Result:
System throw "THE SYSTEM HAS ENCOUNTERED AN ERROR. PLEASE CONTACT SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR." screen
Expected Result:
Should display the add activity screen.

Finding: found null pointer on controller
Solution : fix null pointer to escape null pointer exception
