Hi ayu,
root/cause : no event for selected years, that right cannot set for header for each of programme type.
solution : checking the event size < 0 , set for header type for each of programme Type and event size > 0 checking the each program size > 0 else directly set the header type for specific programme size < 0 .PLease retest it , it already deployed to tpms- server. Thanks a lot.#5

Item 2) Issue on Summary by Budget Type shall not be display as we only tick on selected type of summary will be dropped until further verification by User.
