Kindly attend below request:
FYI, there is IB service disruption on 29/02/2016. System Under Maintenance screen appear when customer browse to agronet/agronetBiz url.
Upon checking found services was down as below scenario:
1. IBAPPSVR1 - Server 2 instance down
2. IBAPPSVR2 - Server 1 instance down
Only 1 instance down in each server, the other instance should work and suppose no service disruption happen. This is the purpose why we create a few instance for IB. Am i correct?
Please help us to find root cause of this issue.

After investigate the log files. Found the problem because of JNDI in websphere not able to connect to database at 9.50am to 9.58am. Therefore, even the application is up, also not able to access IB.
