Since cannot reproduce issue in development server, I added null and empty checking.
If null or empty, reassign product service level 1.

28/4/2016 [Arshad] - Tested. Cannot reproduce this issue but this issue occurred on INSP MIHAS 2016.

Since cannot reproduce issue in development server, I added null and empty checking.
If null or empty, reassign product service level 1.
Pending prod. deployment.
