Kindly attend below request:
There is one complaint from a customer whereby she's encountered error message of "invalid mobile no"
She claimed system prompt the message when she tried to execute transaction using the TAC no. given.

Telco : DIGI
Error : 'invalid mobile number'
Transaction : ASTRO bill payment, fund transfer.
Date / Time : 05/05/2016 04:52 pm
While waiting for the logs, could you check in the program, in what circumstances the system will throw "Invalid Mobile No"
Kindly investigate and revert accordingly.

This issue happen because the Astro account number is not correct. But Epay will return the same error code as invalid mobile number. That is why system throw "Invalid Mobile No"
